LOST Theories - DarkUFO

Juliet and Desmond by taborguy

I live in the Philippines and don't have anyone to talk about this with. I've never posted before, but wanted to bounce this idea around. So here's a thought from the other side of the world...

When Desmond turned the key we are to assume that he was exposed to the high levels of radiation, thus dislodging him from time, and subsequently making him "very unique" or whatever Faraday said way back when.

When Juliet smashed the bomb could we not also assume that a similar thing happened? This would account for her apparent jump to somewhere else where she's going Dutch on some coffee. I know that there are many similarities between the death of Juliet and Charlotte, but her final message seems to hint that she was able to exist (and possibly find a constant??) in the side universe-- making her total experience much more like Desmond's.

The reason I bring all this up is that Sawyer's wedding ring looked a lot like Desmond's wedding ring. The fact that they both threw them into bodies of water goes along with the apparent theme of similar things happening in multiple time lines.

What this could mean is that in our side universe the Desmond-Penny story might not happen the same, but might be replaced with a similar story between Sawyer and Juliet.

We welcome relevant, respectful comments.
