Birth issues and incident by reckoner

Hello, it is my first post here and more than a theory it is just an observation and i wanted to share it with you guys

It is about the birth issues on the island, something that has been bothering to me is the fact that these birth problems are just affecting to humans. We could see that, after the incident, animals on the island have not had any “reproductive” problem, as we were able to see those little boars going around on the island in the first season, just to give one example
Perhaps (and if it is not just a mistake of the production) we can assume that the births issues are not associated to the radiation caused for the explosion/ implosion of jughead in the incident but associated to the incident itself (new time line?) maybe it has been a manoeuvre of MIB or Jacob to avoid the addition of new “human variables” in this big game, what do you think?
