The Comic-con videos showing alternate realities (Hurley having good luck, Kate killing an apprentice rather than her dad, Oceanic having a perfect safety record) could simply be the producers' tribute to all the ALT fans who have had terrific debates all year.
Running under the assumption that comic-con is not canon, we have the rumors (and some confirmations) that several members of the cast of Season 1 are coming back in the final season. We also have the producers' own comments that Season 6 will feel much more like Season 1. But this doesn't necessarily mean a reset.
We already have the example of Desmond in Flashes Before your Eyes and the subsequently shown experiments of Faraday showing how the consciousness is what moved through time. It could very well be that the '77 losties will experience similar flashes of consciousness. There could be some scenes from Season 1 that could be shown from a different characters' point of view than originally, with a character that was "flashing".
I may just be hoping too much that we don't have a reset and wipe away five great seasons. But if you think of some scenes from Season 1 that look like they are ripe for this kind of retelling, post them in the comments. I'll take the hope!
