I would like to write my thoughts about whats i think is happening to my favorite tv serie.Its my first atempt ,be kind.
The theory is based on little eloise's experiment.
The mouse Eloise's mind sent to the future and her twin sister's mind transferd to the past.
she has forgot a part of her past,she has forgot the right labyrinth path.She has the memory of her "twin sister" and kind of a chance of a new Destiny.
I beleive thats exactly what our losties being through since season 1.
The oceanic 815 are losties twin brothers and sisters,With memories from their past selfs.
Only now the oceanics has extra memory in a past time and that memory transfers to their future selfs and they will remember.
See Locke (for some Flock),he completes the circle of his past self by telling Alpert to remove the bullet and help his past self.He is interesting
to do that even the past is past,the oceanics are in Darma time already Sawyer and his team are saved too(who else could help the recrute of the oceanics),
He stills does his work but he cares for his past too and thats new Locke.
Thats why he says to Alpert "tell him that he have to die",so he re optains his destiny soul as the first one(when Locke killed by Ben)
just in case he needs it .if hE dies at 2007.
