I've been reading alot of theories that state that Jacob is future Aaron. This make no sense to me what so ever, we don't have anything to back this thoery or make us believe that this be true. Jacob and MIB are "something" more. I don't want to say they are god's but thay aren't quite human(if you get my drift). First example just as we see Richard as ageless shouldn't we see Jacob in the same light. Jacob was on the island when we see what is bellieved to be the black rock cruising up to the island. That makes Jacob I would say about two or three hundred years old, how could Aaron live for that long to manipulate our losties?? If MIB really is smokey, then that tells us he really isn't human and probably never was. Doesn't it seem strainge that our good friend Richard is always the second in comand? He's the second in comand everytime we see him except one. In the early 50's Richard appears to be the leader of ! the others and says that he asnswers to someone else. In the 70's we see Richard as Ellie and Widmore second in command. And most recently we see him as Second to Ben and Locke. Why is it that when Ben is the leader he has he never seen Jacob? We also don't know anyone besided richard that has ever seen Jacob, not even eloise and widmore are confirmed to have seen Jacob. What if Richard was really the leader and was the one manipulating everything. Richard is more than a proxy to Jacob, let's not forget that he seems to be ageless. Just some thoughts on some theories I've seen. And lastly for all the people who are saying that the plain will land in LAX. Watch episode two or three again, the captain(Greg Grunberg) said that part way thru the flight he lost instruments and turned to go to Fiji. so if the events of the incident are stopped they would land in Fiji and not LAX, but maybe this is another coarse correction that the island has made to insure the lostie make it to! the island?
