...this was just the current body being inhabited/replicated by the Smoke Monster and yet another imposter of the island, ala Flocke/Yemi/Alex. Black Shirt/Anti-Jacob is the body of another character in the island's history who has died at some point.
So far, we have seen the Smoke Monster take the forms of , for the most part, unimportant characters that only had one thing in common: their unburied bodies were on the island. What if that is the only significance of the "Anti-Jacob" we saw in the finale? This particular "face" of Smokey does not mean this is the true identity (or final form we will see) of Smokey. It is possible this is just another body inhabited by the same force as Flocke, i.e. Smokester. Jacob immediately knew that Flock wasn't Locke, it would make sense that he knew that "Black Shirt" was Smokey as well as the Black Rock was sailing in.
Obviously, we will see the story behind this character in Season 6 regardless, but it would not surprise me at all if, in true Lost style, this character is not who most assume him to be.
