I haven idea on why juliet never left the island...as was already established ben loved her...and he would do anything to keep her there..so what did he do? he lied!! he said "your sister has cancer" but in truth it never came back...he said jacob would fix it if she stayed...but he never even asked jacob...when he showed her the vidio of rachel alive and well, s its cause she was fine all along...this is why she couldent leave..if she left she would learn he was making it all up
