now this is based on a thought i had after reading "Less Back to the Future, more Deja Vu by Justin" please go back and read it to understand where i'm coming from, I think it was posted April 3.
short version of HIS theory...you cant go back and change everything, but you go back multiple times nudging little things towards where you need them until you get your desired result.
Here's my addendum.......
I started thinking about something very similar to this while watching Exodus pt. 2. Now I dont know if its a continuity error or not, but if you wathc at @50 minutes when Hurley is running late for the flight, he runs through the doors of the airport(at 53:40 of episode), and to the ticket counter (where hes told he has to buy two tickets, and then that he's in the wrong terminal) then he goes plowing through people, up the escalator, and the next shot is of Hurley coming in through the same automatic doors(at 55:19), and past the exact same group of people who are walking in the same order(although it looks as if they're all a few steps further than they were when Hurley came through the first time), but Hurley now has only one bag, and seems to have a slightly different sweat pattern on his tshirt.
