Just a couple thoughts, just wanted your opinions:
- Do you think Ben is really the Island's chosen one? In 'Dead is Dead', it seems like Ben must follow Locke. Many of you are speculating that Locke is a manifestation of The Island/Smoke Monster, so if that is the case, do you think this is the ultimate test for Ben and his loyality to the island? He must follow a man that he hates?
- On the flip side of that argument, when Locke told Ben that, "it doesn't seem like something the island would want" when talking about moving into Dharmaville. What if Ben moved his people their because he know the island did not approve of him still being in charge but he know the 'fence' would keep Smokey/The Island out?
Just wanted your guys' thoughts. With all the talk of death at the end of the season, I am worried it is Ben that is going to die (as he is my fav character). It just seems that he will either not follow Locke and be killed by Smokey, or sacrifice himself for Locke/The Island. I need Ben in Season 6! Theory by Scooter
