Back in season 2 Danielle came to get Sayid and show him Ben(Henry Gale)and Sayid said that she didnt know he was an other. And the way ben was looking at her looked suspicious like he was worried that she would tell him that he was the one who took her Alex from her. And when he started to run i thought that he was running from her trying to get away.
Then in season 5 it showed how he took alex and how he told her that if she ever heard footsteps to run away. But since he was an other why when she captured him didnt she run away. Well he must have found the trap and thought it was Sayids or one of the Oceanic Dharma people.Because maybe he could tell them about how he know's them. Like when Mikhail took the information on the survivors Ben knew who they were. That is why the Oceanic Dharma were on the list. I mean everybody who was on the list was back in dharma days. And juliet was already with the others so she couldn't have been on the list. But that is why they all told her she looked like her. And i think she looked like her because she was the one who took care of him when he was in the infermary.
