I have posted many theories that have the Egyptian theme to them. Research the Olympian Gods family tree. With the matriarch being Chaos. Research this line and try to place the characters from LOST here. What I find interesting is the DARK & LIGHT elements and what the Gods of the sky & land VRS the Underworld. I can’t help but think of the movie “The Clash of the Titans” in reference to Ben telling Sayid “I LOOKED” when asked how did you find me? Gods can see ALL and they can change form (i.e. animals, mortals) it is known that many Gods had children from mortals creating half-breeds. I think Ben/Whitmore are playing the Zeus role in mythology. Son takes over father’s throne and father tries to get it back. Part of the story is related to children being eaten so that Zeus won’t be overthrown. This could be why no children are being born. Did you notice the stuffed falcon in Ben’s office?! This is what Zeus would shift change into. Whitmore made a similar statement about “Seeing”. So with Chaos being #1 this could be Jacob, only Gods can see & talk to him, so is Locke a God also?
