Losties are mads. They are in a mental institution on an island.
There are stations as in the show. But each of them is a part of the mental instutition.
Jacob: He is mad too. We see show through Jacob's eyes.
“ Pregnant women die on the island. Babies can’t live” This is a simple lie that is told to the women at the institution. Because their parents outside want babies not to grow up in that place. They take babies from mothers easier by telling this lie.
Rousseau’s kid is still on the island. Coz she has nobody outside. Her dead was killed by her mad mother. So Ben came and take Alex. Alex was with main team ( workers of institution )
Ben: Ben is a supervisor in the institution. In this theory, we can understand why Ben is always telling lies. That’s his duty.
Oceanic Six: They were taken to the mainland. It was thought that they recovered. And Aaron was taken from his mother to giving him to his grandmother. ( As I wrote on 4. Pharagraph )
But Oceanic 5 continued their schizophrenic lifestlye. For example, Hurley went home with Sayid over his shoulder. But there was no Sayid. His parents acted in the way Hurley thought.
Or Jack went to the Hospital, He talked to an empty gurney as if John Locke was on it.
And Institution decided to take them to the nuthouse again. Ben came to mainland. Told them a couple of lies and brought all them back. ( Remember at the end of 4. Season. Ben and Jack are beside Locke's coffin. That part is real except Locke in a coffin. That's Jacob's addition )
Widmore. Simply he was in Ben’s place. Ben was flatterer to the manager of ment institution got widmore dismissed from there. So widmore is trying to find a way to get back his former place on the island.
Richard: Is a worker in the mental institution. ( maybe a priest )
HE IS AMONG US. BUT HE IS NOT ONE OF US. HE is Jacob. He is sad hearing the stories of the losties. So he makes up this story. He punishes them for what they did. But also heals them for their ilnesses. Or gives them opportunitiy to take revange.
Why is Jacob NOT one of them ? All of the other people came to the island coz of their mistakes and sins ( murder, sexual relationship, drug, theft, con....) But John Locke there that's because somebody else's mistake. All the nuts confesses " I did because I had to. I wish it had not happened" But Locke " Why did you steal my kidney, why did you throw me out of the window"
Jack sees Redsox became champion.( Because Jack told Jacob "I believe that when Redsox becomes champion" ) What Sawyer says to Jack about what his father said is completely imagine. ( Coz Jack told this many time to Jacob that "he wants to hear those words" )
If you look all the characters, you will see that all of em are looking for something. Their mom, dead, their health…….. What we see, what they told to Jacob.
When the diver woman drown Charlie did not know swimming, but he could dive to the station later. So that’s completely imagine. through Jack, second one Charlie. Jack decided not to save her. He takes his revange to his wife. Charlie jumped in the pool when he was a kid. Jacob reflects that incident.
So we are going to see the nuthouse at the end of the show. And Jacob is John Locke. He writes this story.
Mikhail: “the man who brought us here is a magnificent man” So a writer can bring anybody to anywhere in the universe. Jacob is the writer in the show.
As a result
1) They are all alive.
2) They are really on an island.
3) They know each other
4) They live together
5) What they live on the island is the story in Jacob’s head ( Some of them true, some of them imaginary )
In real life, the institution management decided to take Aaron and give him to his grandmom. To do this they wanted help from her Father. Christian came and took Claire under special care so that she could recover this pain easily. You guys, did not you realise when John Locke went into the cabin Claire was smilling crazily. Why ? Because she was drugged. They took baby and drugged her. That's real.. Cabin, moving the island were Jacob's creations.
Polar bear is in Jacob's memory. Michael told him Walt had a Polar Bear when he last saw him. And also Jacob saw it on the comic book that Hurley reads in ment. inst...
Black and white. Black is what they actually live, white is islanders those are in Jacob's world.
Wheel is the wheel of Black Rock. Black Rock is not really on the island. It is as imaginary as the wheel. Wheel represents the way that people can not see Jacob's world. He can hide this utopia from other people by the wheel.
In the past, people were kept in the cages. ( I can't imagine the intention of the button in the cage was for bears. They tried to teach nuts to avoid doing something when they hear "WARNING" )
Solar Fence is something what mads think of. There is actually fence. But only an alarm system. But mads were told they were gonna die.
Faraday lost his mind coz of his works on hydrogen bomb.
Charlotte may be imaginary or she is there but is not Faraday's daughter. Jacob do a favor to Faraday and Charlotte.
When Hurley plays basketball Jack goes and tries convince him to turn back. Look at Jack's eyes. How mad he is ! There is no Hurley there...
Just after Jack decides to cut Boone's leg he gets out of the tent and sees Hurley sitting. Please watch that part. When Jack starts to speak to Hurley, he is looking somewhere else, not to Hurley.
Opening eye represents that Jacob is ready to continue writing the story through that character.
Jacob put Ana Luica next seat of Jack at the airport. That's completely imaginary. If it had not, Jack would not told Ana Lucia that his seat number was 42. And Ana Lucia's 23. That puts Jack to Tail Section and Ana Lucia to middle part of the plane.
We see Sayid in a cell and Ben comes in with a CHICKEN in the plate. In the same episode Sayid goes into the pen and broke the neck of the han.
Jacob takes Locke's revange by putting Randy as Hurley's employee.
DAVE: (Hurley's Friend ) "It's hard, I know, but I mean -- all this? You, me, this island, that peanut butter -- none of it's real, man. None of it's happening. It's all in your head, my friend."
Jacob doesn't exactly know how much money Hurley thinks he won. So We hear he won 114, 146. 130, 150............ ( Or Jacob doesn't care ) Even Hurley tells differently.
In real life Sayid shot his left knee - A branch stucks in his left knee
Locke hurt his right knee - He hurts his right knee 5 times on the island
Something happened to Michael. He has problem with his right knee - He gets gored on the same point. ( on the island we sometimes see Michael limping. And also Locke and Charlie. Charlie is limping when he wants peanut butter from Hurley )
Locke fell down from the building - He falls down after Eathan shots him. like he falls from the building ( Jacob falls )
So Jacob uses REFLECTING METHOD. He reflects incidents that Losties told Jacob. For example " Sun wants to humiliate Jin. She wants Jin to know she had sex with the bald guy. She tells them to Jacob. And suddenly Sun opens her right eye, humiliates Jin. Jin understands she had sex with the bald guy but he does nothing...
COMBINING STORIES
Charlie tells Jacob " everybody in my life used me "
Shannon tells " Boone thinks I can not live without him "
Boone tells " She can not live without me. She needs me "
Jacob makes the story " Boone tells Shannon - you are gonna starving - Shannon tries to proof that she doesn't need him and uses Charlie " So what they tells Jacob is combined.
Michael tells " I could not use my construction ability. If only I had had chance and my son saw me doing that job. He would proud of me "
Charlie tells " Everyone thought I was useless "
Someone tells " I had problem with my right arm"
Jacob combines the stories " The cave collapses, Michael uses his ability. Walt wonders and smiles proudly
A rock falls on Jack's right arm and dislocates it ( Just like sawyer gets the knife and Kate hurts Juliet's right arm )
And Charlie gets inside to rescue Jack. Charlies says "like a confession room" and confesses the drug. When people hug Charlie, Charlie smiles. Coz Charlie needs this.
Why Locke is Jacob ??? - In real story, Charlie's hands shake. And Jacob tells him the MOTH story. And in cave Charlie gets out slowly and gets out. Just like the moth in Jacob's story...
Miles says " I wish I could speak to dead people. I would go and find my dead's grave and learn if he really loved me and why he left us" ( Black Brick of Backgammon )
White Brick: He sees his father stroking him. Then he cries.
So Locke ( Jacob ) tells walt Two players two sides. one is dark, one is light. So Locke's eyes were black and white. There are two spines on Russoau's map. One has no problem, other crashed.
After Desmond left the hatch to get the boat, Jack runs after him. Actually Jack goes to Jacob and confesses. Crying. "what happened to her" "She left me"
In real life of Jack, he was drunk. He cut a 16 year old girls nerves. Counted to 5 and the girl died. So his father dismissed him. That's why this incident is so important for Jack. That's why he cries when he is telling this story.
But Jacob does a favor to Jack. Takes his revange. Christian failed. And dismissed by Jack. That's completely imaginary. Because in the show Christian goes to Australia. But we also know that Christian gives up drinking for 50 days by going therapist. And we know that when Christian was dismissed, they had no any SARAH problem. So logically, Christian must be in Australia in that time. but he is not. Why ? Because Jack is schizophrenic. He attacks his father. When Jacob makes up this story. He doesn't forget his love. Christian's therapist is HELEN...
BIG CONTRADICTION / BIG CLUE
As I said above, in the show there are some contradictions. We see Randy two times. Locke's boss ( company owner ) and Hurley's employee. Locke's boss is real. Hurley's employee is imaginary. Coz that's how Locke wants to see Randy.
But the biggest contradiction is the speech that Jack makes after he found the water in the valley. That speech is shown in the show a couple of times. If you note down what Jack says, you will see that the sentence order is different. What does it mean ? It means when Jacob imagines first speech he focuses on Jack. Second, he focuses on another person, so he doesn't pay attention the sentence order. Jack uses the same sentences but their order is different. It also means that characters record that part a couple of times intentionnaly.
I don't remember the season. Claire awakens and sees John Locke with black & white eyes. In that scene, John Locke blames his mother.
SAYID: Hope is very dangerous thing to lose
Desmond refuses Penelope because of what Eloise Hawking told. Of course there was no any Eloise. Desmond created her in his mind. So in the nuthouse he knees down when he is naked and says "please let me go back" crying " I'll change it. I'll change it"
It will be painful for John Locke when he meets with crippled Jacob.

3) Walt ( represents John Locke. Locke thinks he is special )
4) Claire ( Represents Locke's mother. Gives adoption )

Jacob's mother was conned. So he was born with no father, was given adoption, was left by his love. But he is very special...
On season 4 episode 1, Matthew describes the cabin that Locke stays in the mental institution " To a facility where the paint isn't peeling off the walls. Where you'd have your own bathroom. You could see the ocean from there..."
How do we know that the story is only in Locke's head ? In the show there are a lot of examples that we see on Locke but noone else. - Season 4 Episode 1. Noone tells Locke that Charlie died. But Locke asks Hurley If Charlie really wrote on his hand "not penny's boat" And just after Hurley comes upon the cabin. - Locke knows that Jack is going to fall from the cliff. Coz the story is Locke's. - Throws the lamp onto the Hatch. - Knows when to rain.
- And the SOUND OF THE MONSTER. is EXACTLY the sound of the calculator-like thing on Locke's table at work. Watch the episode when Locke first meets with the Monster. Listen that sound. The Monster is only Locke's creation.
THE MONSTER
The Monster has a couple of different sounds. I explained first one above. When it stops it starts flashing and we hear that sound. We hear scary STEP SOUND. That's the sound of the footsteps of the nurse. CREAKING SOUND is the sound of the metal door of the cabin that Nurses open.
TREES pick off from the ground. It means that the nurse injects the liquid and takes back the pin. And she stucks it in several points on Locke's back OR Locke has more diseases than one. Flowing the monster underground represents the feeling that Locke has when the liquid arrives his vessels.
STATUE
Hurley meets 2 cabins. The eye that Hurley sees belongs to JACK SHEPARD. The man on the chair is CHRISTIAN SHEPARD. When we see Jack's eye, we realize that his nose is wider. I think Jack in the cabin is half dog.
So the statue is JACK SHEPARD's.
And It means that a spinal surgeon played a part in Jacob's life. Not a good role of course. Jacob hates the doctor.
