This is a follow up to a theory '1977' I wrote few weeks ago.
This year is a breaking point.
Lets begin with one of my favorite characters of Lost.
James Ford
1977 he was a 8 year old kid who just witnessed his parents death. That moment in his life made him. Because of that moment he became Sawyer.
1977 he is a head of security. Member of DI. Under his watch DI kid, Benjamin Linus got shot. "Hostile" escaped with some help within DI.
What is the same in these two situations? The same thing is that James Ford is a victim. Things are out of his control. He is powerless to do anything.
Sayid Jarrah
1977 he was a kid growing up in Iraq. He killed a helpless chicken in order to help his big brother.
1977 Sayid shot (killed) a helpless 12 year old kid in order to help his friends in the future.
What is the same in these two situations? He is a killer.
Benjamin Linus
1977 little Ben gets shot. Maybe survives. Maybe dies.
Old Ben. Well we will just have to wait and see what happens to old Ben. Last time we saw him he was lying all bloody.
Juliet Burke
1977 little Ben is shot. He needs a surgery. Juliet will try to help him but like we saw before when Jack made a small cut in Ben's kidney Juliet was powerless. She couldn't do nothing. Why? Because she is a fertility doctor. She is not a surgeon. She will once again need help from Jack. But Jack will not help, he wants Ben dead same as Sayid wants him dead. So Juliet will be powerless.
Little Juliet. Well I have no idea what will happen to her. She is same age like Sawyer and Jack. that is my guess. So something will happen to her as a child. Maybe has something to do with Rachel her sister. But I am sure that we will soon find out. And whatever it is Juliet will be powerless to stop it or she will not be strong enough to fight it.
Kate Austen
1977 Kate is born.
Now on the island I believe she will not do anything. She will just follow her faith.
Hugo Reyes
1977 Hugo was born.
Now on the island I believe he will not do anything. He will just follow the faith.
Jin-Soo Kwon
1977 he was 3 year old baby. Born on 27th November 1974. (saw it on his grave, season 4). Have no idea what happened to him. Maybe he was given to his 'fisherman' dad.
1977 he was knocked over by Sayid and now the little kid is shot with his gun.
Faith is playing games with him.
Have two more who are not back in 1977 thus they are not able to influence things in Dharma now.
Sun-Hwa Kwon
1977 she was not born yet. Born in March 20, 1980 (saw it on the grave, season 4)
She is not back in the past.
John Locke
He is dead. Resurrected.
Not back in the past.

1977 Jack is DI janitor. Little Ben is shot. First time Jack probably helped because we saw old Ben, grew up. This time he will refuse. Little Ben will die.
