I have to say I've never posted a theory before so here goes...

I believe that the bodies of Adam and Eve are Sawyer and Juliet. I know far-fetched. However, we KNOW that they are in the past. Jack says back in season 1 that the bodies had been decomposing for a long period of time. I think that Sawyer's alligences will lie with the DHARMA station more than with his friends he has made. (3 years vs. 3 months) However, i believe that Sawyer's loyalty to his friends will also come into play.
I believe Sawyer will come clean about everything and reveal to DHARMA that they are from the future. Horace will believe this is impossible and preposterous and thus kill Sawyer and Juliet thinking they are part of the hostiles. I don't know how to explain Miles, maybe he died as well. I don't know to be honest. I think that are LOSTIES will leave DHARMA and decide to go back to their original camp or possibly team up w/ the OTHERS to start the purge because of all of this.
I think that our losties will place Sawyer and Juliet in the cave because they wish to respect them. Rather than burying them, they will set them together because of the allegence of love they both have. I also believe Locke will find the body and place a white and black stone inside Sawyer's pocket to show the transformation he has made from evil to good and the sacrifice he made for his friends and for the island.
This probably is wrong to be honest, but i figured i'd give the dogs some meat to chew on for a while maybe stimulate another theory. I can't come up w/ any examples so hopefully someone else will have one
