Okay, so I know everyone has been jumping on the "Mrs. Hawking is Faraday's Mom" train.. But I'm not buying it. First I think the writers and producers are smarter than that and second, i don't think they would make it that obvious to viewers by showing such a 'direct connection' within the two first episodes. I think they they are setting us up for something bigger... something more dramatic, as they always do. Such as figuring out the guy in the hatch was someone Jack met in "another life." Or finding out that Claire was Jack's half sister.
Anyways, getting back to my point, I assume everyone is jumping for Hawkings to be Faraday's mom because of the math and physics of it all. But what about the fact that she has a British accent, and had previously been seen in a photo with the Monk infront of Oxford. What if Mrs Hawkings is Charlotte's mom? Charlotte studied @ Oxford I believe. plus Charlotte is looking for where she was born and Mrs. Hawkings has probably spent her whole life figuring out how to "track" the island, and now that she can't seem to find her daughter, seems like some major motivation to help Ben, don't you think? Well thats all Ihave. I'm sure theres plenty of holes, and it doesnt explain everything about the wonderful journey that is "LOST" but it's my take on "Mama Hawkings" Leave comments good or bad... please. :-)
