Contains some spoilers.
pre-supposing:
darlton has said that the fifth season is about how the O'6 get back to the island, and the sixth seaason is about what they do when they get back.
darlton has also said that the volcano will be of seismic importance.
the scene that we are shown in ben's youth wherein there was an attack on otherton, and the teacher (samantha mathis, also there at ben's birth) pulls out the shotgun, this scene is a neat foreshadowing.
the fact that darlton likes to twist perspective
and assuming the losties on the island: locke, sawyer, juliet, and the remainders, suppose they do in fact jump to the past, to the late 70's early 80's.
and there locke is manipulated, as usual, into believing that he needs to destroy dharma early before the incident (im getting to that)has happened. little do these losties know, miles has arrived as well and integrated with dharma.
im saying first that the arrival of the O'6 will occur in the past during the late 70's early 80's. this arrival wil also include Walt.
there we will see the losties, who are actually perceived by dharma to be the hostiles, attacking dharma, the same as ben saw.
we will also see that alpert is upset with the way locke is running things. im thinking that a person in the island's loose temporal reality can not do the same thing twice. so when whidmore "changed the rules" he did this by bringing in an outside influence to effect things for him, this being in a time where he has already had some different part to play. so ironically here we will see an alternate alpert also inducting ben into the the lostie tribe, so locke will interact with a young ben, and this will be what triggers ben's whole journey through time.
somewhere here too, we will see the relationship of ben and annie, that they will have baby c.s. lewis.
that the swan was built to keep the island in an undetectable time-loop, so certain experiments crucial to dharma's goals could be possible. i think its the time loop that prevents babies from being born, that's why its only after the purple flash that Sun catches the preggers. anyway ben will somehow overthrow whidmore, probably via the donkey wheel, who in fact ordered the purge (the purge itself will be ben's rationalization for this), but whidmore will have taken c.s lewis with him.
we will see that the incident is actually when locke sqrews with the swan and causes both another purple flash and the arrival of the O'6, with his own dead body. somehow the swan is what can move big things through time and the orchid would somehow be the smaller back-up.
upon tragically realising the error of his ways will, locke will, at ben's prodding turn the donkey wheel one more time, disappearing in time to become jeremy benthem. Following Locke's example of selflessness, Walt will stay in this time to eventually become Abbadon.
so now that the island has been moved again by Locke, it'll be back in the time of the black rock. there we will see an earlier alpert raising up Jacob, like he did ben and locke. there we will also see the earth-quake, caused by the volcano, and uncovering the entrance to the donkey-wheel. i think jacob will turn the wheel and became trapped in an astral plane, while also moving the island again to the far past. Though i think bernard and rose will stay in this time to eventaully become adam and eve. i think the donkey-wheel actually moves the physical body to as astral plane that is attached to the island and timeless. in this astral plane, one can have dramatic effects on and off the island, thus jacobs powers. its only the orchid, that later is used to alter this mechanism into a type of time machine. so its the losties that teach the black rock folk how to use the island's special properties.
i think the smoke monster came from the future, and was brought to the island by its original inhabitants, the four-toed statue folk, to protect the donkey-wheel. the thing must run on rails underground, and powered by a big magnet that offers organizaton to some type of particle capable of containing an artificial intelligence.
so in the end we have to account for Christian. He must be part of the black rock crew, the one to get the ship's louge off the island. he had decided after some mutiny to go live life in the real world. This might very well involve a scene where Jack talks to his father century before he was actually born. hmm. christian's motivation must be keep his family safe, and that's why Clare's okay with him. i think too that Clare might somehow have died in the attack on the Barraks, when sawyer saved her. this would be why miles later looks at her funny. miles, i believe will somehow exorcise jacob, christian, and locke while bodily freeing Clare, who will raise Arron.
in the final hour an earthquake caused by the volcano will probably destroy the donkey room and eventually the island, jack and ben will probably kill eachother. the island will move one more time to the distant past where an egyptian cult worships and probably a probably pre-built donkey-wheel. sawyer and kate will end up together, and Arron will be raised by Clare.
i think locke was special only because of the island's influence, jacob's influence, and its actually arron, that is the reincarnation of the person that alpert is looking for. the reincarnation of the four-toed man. the man who had also been reincarnated into magnus hanso.
there are certainly some hanging chads, like what will eventually befall hurley, sun, and the rest, but this is the best i got. comments?
thank you for reading.
