I have a theory about how dead people come back to life on the island.
In the episode Flashes Before Your Eyes, Ms.Hawking tells Desmond that If someone manages to forestall fate, the universe will "course correct" itself and find another way of forcing them back on their prescribed path.
Well, that made me think: The island has a different timeline than the rest of the world. Remember, how they found that doctors body on the beach, before he was killed.
So,for example, if it was the year 2005 outside the island and the year 2000 on the island, and a dead guy who died in the year 2005 would travel back five years in time, it would cause a confusion to the universe, because that guy should not be dead in the year 2000. So the universe course correct itself and brings the guy back to life. (cause he was alive at that time.) What do you think?
It would also explain how people get healed on the island. At the point of time the island is, they werent sick.
