We suspect the island is not on the same timeline ... yes? Naomi said flight 815 was found with no survivors ... yes?
Okay, so if the island is out of sink with realtime, or possibly the implosion of the hatch broke through a time bubble between the island and the outside world, then Naomi could have been telling the truth about the survivors being dead. In her timeline, they are. So, Jack reaches present Naomi's boat via phone, tells the guy on the other end they're survivors of 815 thinking that they will be rescued and not knowing he is not on the same or from the same timeline hence, the guy on the other end doesn't believe a word he's saying and believs him to be one of the others posing as a crash survivor. Well, Locke Killed Naomi so she's not there to verify anything. The people from the boat come thinking < they're Dharma> that they were part of the hostiles(others) because in their timeline everyone on flight 815 died, and kill almost all of them before finding out the truth!
It makes sense except for the part about the Golden Tickets being issued by Oceanic. Perhaps Jack made a deal or surrendered or something. Obviously there's something he's seriously freaked over and judging by the prescribed pain killers he received some type of injury before or during rescue.
