Shooting Canoes, Lineage, & Richard and Desmond want Locke Dead by goldberg

This IS a STRETCH but I think it makes sense even when considering THE MANY MANY HOLES THAT EXIST IN IT.

LINEAGE?
After watching Ab Aeterno tonight, something occurred to me. Is ONE of the major story points in LOST all about one's family lineage. Simply, several generations of war between two families? Montague's and Capuletes?

EXAMPLE: Romeo and Juliette. I believe Juliette's characters name was not an accident, but rather very much a hint.

I noticed a lot of parallels rewatching Ab Aeterno now having knowledge of the episodes which had followed. Even though you might know all of these, and even more, please bear with me.

THIS IS PREDICATED UPON THE REASON THAT CHARLES WIDMORE WAS BOOTED OFF OF THE ISLAND. HAVING CHILDREN OFF ISLAND. AND NOT KNOWING WHO THOSE CHILDREN ARE AND AT WHAT TIME/PLACE DID HE LEAVE TO GO MAKE THE CHILDREN?

MIB - big parallel I drew was Jacob handing MIB the WINE, which he then smashes just as Charlie destroyed his heroin.

Is this because the two warring "families" do not want their relatives to "crossbreed", or create a single lineage?
Is this the reason for no NEW babies? Has anyone been successful

Penny and Daniel are HALF brother and sister (just like Boone and Shannon)....WHO IS DANIEL'S FATHER AND WHO IS PENNY'S MOTHER?

DID RICHARD AND DESMOND TRY TO KILL JOHN LOCKE OFF ISLAND?

- was this Richard trying to kill a baby from both families?

Does the MIB get off the island, need to be stopped, and Richard/Desmond try to stop him by killing the body he is occupying, starting at his birth. Maybe the test performed by Richard at the orphanage is similar to the test Dogen gives Sayid.

CANOES IN SEASON 5
Are Richard and Ben in the other canoe that fired at Sawyer, Locke, Faraday, Charlotte, Miles, and Juliet?
-We saw Ben grab the gun MIB when fleeing from Ilana.
-Did Richard and Ben grab the boat on their way to stop MIB?
-Were they shooting at Locke b/c they thought he was MIB?
-Were they shooting at Juliette to stop the bomb?
-Don't forget, Sawyer found an Ajira water bottle indicating their travel into the time we are currently in.
