Jacob's True Form: White Light by Dio

There is a white light monster. Read below to find out why.

It has been made abundantly clear to the viewers that there exists two entities on the Island, in direct conflict with each other. This revelation can be seen as having taken place during the Season 5 finale "The Incident", but in my opinion it stretches back further. Clearly it is possible to interpret all preceding events on Lost as parts of the conflict between MIB and Jacob, but there are two distinct references to two separate entities that I would like to examine, leading to the conclusion that opposite the black smoke monster there exists a white light monster.

Return to yesteryear, to the fourth hour of Lost ever. (The writer's said there would be something [this is not a spoiler] in Season 1 that proves they knew where they were going with the story from the beginning). In Walkabout, the first ever Locke-centric episode, Locke is confronted by a monster. However, instead of seeing the monster, we see the action from the monster's point of view. Why would the writer's choose this angle? One possible explanation is that they did not want to reveal that the monster was black smoke until the Season 1 finale. This is an adequate answer. I believe that the reason for this camera angle is because they did not want to reveal the existence of the white light monster until Season 6. When recounted this experience to Jack, Locke says "I've looked into the eye of this Island... and what I saw was beautiful." Beautiful is not how I would describe the black smoke monster.

In "The Cost of Living", the fifth episode of Season 3, Eko is confronted by the black smoke monster, in the guise of Yemi, as well in what can be claimed to be his true form. When Locke and Eko compare experiences with the monster, Locke says " I saw a very bright light. It was beautiful.", to which Eko responds "That is not what I saw.". It is almost incontrovertible that there is some white monster on the Island.
What is the white light monster? It is Jacob of course! MIB's true form is a black smoke monster, and Jacob's is a white light!
In Season 6, possibly in the series finale, the existence of the white light monster will be an ENORMOUS twist that will leave everyone shocked and awed that they hadn't figured it out yet! Sorry for ruining it for you.
