The Cycle Of Lost by Jit Sur

Hey guys I just got a random theory popped into my head just recently. Now we all know that the island has its unique properties with time travel. Well I'm thinking maybe in the far future, a group of people discovered the Island in refuge from a world apocalypse. Now, in order to avoid the apocalypse in an alternative timeline, these people on the Island head out in to the world trying to make a difference. Essentially what I am saying is that a group of people lived on the island and different people on this island branched out into the world and played significant figures in the world like Gandhi, Lincoln, Jesus Christ(maybe explaining his divinity through the powers of the island?), Alexander the Great etc.

So, essentially everyone has gone out into the real world and have done there job except for Jacob and MIB, but they have failed because of either course correction or something else. Jacob is the last ho! pe and hopefully the variable that prevents the apocalypse because Jacob is the strongest and most powerful of all the inhabitants on the island, and thus MIB wants to kill him because MIB has no faith in mankind. However, if Jacob goes out in the real world and if he wants to save the world from killings itself he most likely has to die in the process. That is why he recruits the Losties so they can be the next cycle of people to repeat this cycle and save the world from its next apocalypse. I donno, thoughts? Its just kinda random I know haha
