Kate has always known by Sean

Ok, so I have been rewatching LOSt from the beginning and you sure do look at things a lot differently. Anyway, especially during the first season, there are references made as to Kate knowing about the Island and about the monster. Specifically, I think the 4th episode, the monster is heard and I believe Jack says to Kate that she knows what is out there, to which she just awkwardly looks away. I think that, as a result of the Incident, Kate will be sent back to 09.22.04. Think about it, she always had to go on every A Team mission, she came out of the jungle, not the beach after the crash, she was the only one who was awake for the entire crash or so she says. Also, when Kate, Locke, and the rest encounter the sonic fence, she rather quickly comes up with the way to get through (or above it). How did she know that the fence did not go above the pylons? Because she has ahd previous experience with the fence in t! he past. Her character has always been somewhat shrouded in mystery and as you rewatch season 1, there are a good number of references to her having some sort of pre knowledge. How did she become such a good tracker? This was never really explained in the first 5 seasons. Here's how, because she has knowledge of the island already.
