How I see it by Monika

Recently I was influenced by certain things. I will give you the consequence of that influence.

WH,H doesn't exist.
We are humans. We think. We Feel. We make choices. We make our own destiny. That's one way to look at it. Following this logic I come to a conclusion that everything can be changed, but nothing will be changed.

For example..I go to the past, before I was born. I meet my father. My father is in his 20s. He fells in love with me. Therefore I will not be born. Because my father has to fall in love with my mother, right? If that doesn't happen then I will not be born. If I am not born how can I be here? Easily.

There is no such thing as time travel, well not at least in our universe. So the minute I show up in the past I already changed something, because I don't exist in that past. I was not born yet. My father is in love with me. I have no other father but this one. But here I am I exist. How is that possible?
Because by traveling into the past I have already altered the past. So basically I traveled back to past but into another universe, not my own. So the man standing in front of me looks like my father, talks like my father, he is genetically compatible with my father but he is not my father. My father made love to my mother, therefore I was born. He was never in love with me in the first place. He never met me in my timeline, in my universe.
Another example..I go back in time and I kill Hitler. I didn't change my past. Because my past cannot be changed. WH,H. But I killed Hitler. None can stop me from pulling the trigger or breaking his neck. If I set my mind on that I will do it. Hitler is dead. I changed someone elses past, not my own. My past is done. It is over. Hitler existed. My history book will not change. The letters will not be magically erased. The history is written.
Similar to new Star Trek movie. Nero came from the future. By entering the past he altered the course of events. He attacked U.S.S. Kelvin, killing George Kirk, making Jim T. Kirk fatherless. This lead to whole new chain of events..Spock became the captain of U.S.S. Enterprise and Jim met Spock from the future. At the end Jim became captain like he was suppose to and he and Spock became friends like they were suppose to. But Spock lost Vulcan and his mother. Kirk lost his father.

So what I suggest is this..Island is somehow the center of the event. Losties fell into it. They are not the pieces of the game. It is other way around. Miss Hawking, Charles and the rest of the Others are the pieces of the game. The game that losties control.

In Because you left Daniel said Whatever Happened Happened. Nothing can be changed. He forced Sawyer to back off from the Hatch door. But Desmond heard Sawyer. Meaning Sawyer could change the past. Right?
So after Daniel repeatedly yelled that past cannot be changed he went to talk to Des anyways. Because Desmond is special. So here I go again..Des met Daniel on multiple occasions, in past, prior to 2004 yet he doesn't recognize him after all the crazy things he's been thru, he doesn't recognize him in 2004.
This past we witnessed is the past in another universe.
In this universe there are people like us. They talk like us. They have the same past. We share the same genes but they are not us. Because we are here, watching them. Their lives were different then ours. Similar but not the same. Just like old and young Spock. Both of them were friends of Jim Kirk but just one of them became the captain of U.S.S. Enterprise. Same goes to James T. Kirk. Both of them were captains of U.S.S. Enterprise but one of them never met his father.

Another thing I noticed is again in the episode Because you left. After John saw the beachcraft crashing, he went to familiar place to see if anyone is alive. Perhaps he was looking for Yemi. Ethan was around. He knew the plane crashed because he saw it. He asked Locke how many people were on board. Then Locke said: I know you, your name is Ethan. I know this will be hard to believe. My name is John Locke and Ben Linus appointed me your leader.
Then he disappeared in front of Ethans eyes.
If Ben was the leader at that time, and according to everything we saw he was, I assume he went straight back to Ben and told him all about it. What is most important he said JOHN LOCKE. Few years later a plane fell from the sky. Man named John Locke was one of the passengers. He was in the wheelchair. After the crash he was able to walk. Ben Linus payed him a visit in the Hatch and said: I came for you.
And I believed him. Ben Linus knew his time was over. He knew he has to take the control. The rest of the story we know. But here comes a weird part.
In episode Follow the leader we have 3 men. Richard Alpert. Benjamin Linus. John Locke. Sorry 4. Another John Locke. So one of them is an adviser of the Others who had that job for "a very very long time". The other man is the leader of the Others, who lived on the island for 35 years and knows a lot of islands secrets. And let+s not forget-he knows about the beachcraft and the name who was found there by Ethan-John Locke who vanished. We have all knowing John Locke and clueless John Locke.
So what is wrong with this scene?
Benjamin Linus and Richard Alpert are wrong. They are completely confused, clueless. They have no idea where they are going. They have no knowledge of the Nigerian plane. Ben said and I quote: WHAT PLANE?!? The plane that crashed on the island few years ago. The plane Ethan found. He also found the disappearing, Jesus Christ type of man who gained the ability to walk after the fall from 8th floor, who survived the plane crash with few scratches only, who got up from the ditch after he was shot in the stomach, who appears to be alive after he was strangled. Man who fell from the sky years after he vanished under the plane. That plane Ben. I mean it cannot be continuity error. Not everything is a continuity error. Why the question at all? Because this Ben has no idea about the plane. This Richard has no idea too. Ethan never told them about the plane. Why? Perhaps because Ethan was dead in this universe, or he had the day off that day and someone else shot Locke, Danielle mayb! e? In this universe Locke gets shot anyways but perhaps by someone else. The fact is that Ben has no idea about the plane. And if it was Ethan who shot Locke he had to report this to Ben. They are protecting the island, right?

Another thing, if we assume that the plan 77 worked and the plane lands safe and sound on LAX. That means both Sun and Locke will land. If that happened what are they doing 3 years later on the island? How do they know about the island and how did Sun loose Jin again? Because I saw them in 2007. They are there. Sun and two Lockes. This proves that WH,H doesn't exist. Instead by going to the past they have created two streams. One river sort of divided when Locke turned the wheel. And that leaves me wonder how many times was that wheel turned? Was that the beginning of the end?
My guess is that war occurred few times and every time it ended with the same result "They are coming" what can mean only one thing..here we go again.
The events we saw in 2007 are altered events. Everything is the same but not quite the same. That is why we have evidence to support both theories, ALT and WH,H. What we have is mix. Everything we saw so far occurred. And it matters. But along the way a terrible mistake was made and it needs to be fixed. And who is the best for this type of assignment then Jack?

Season 1
Jack: I don't believe in destiny.
John: Yes you do. YOU JUST DON'T KNOW IT YET!

Seems to me John was right. Jack believes now.

Jack: Where does the path end?
John: The path ends at the hatch.

Seems to me John was right again.

He knew stuff. It wasn't just a blind luck. What if he knew all along but was not able to say anything. Because Jack had to go through all this by himself. He had to know what it is he wants, because seems to me none of them know what they want. They want to go off the island. They want to go back to the island. They want to erase the past. They will probably wish they never did that. And every time Jack leads. (I am not against him, I am just telling you the facts) And even when Juliet confronted him in 70s and asked him why he came back his answer was that he has no idea, yet.

John: A leader cant lead unless he knows where he is going.
