Since I'm such a huge Lost freak, this is how I think Lost season 6 is gonna go down. I think that when the bomb detonated, the timeline reset. Meaning that the Losties Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, Sawyer and jin, the ones from 1977 go back to Oceanic Flight 815 as though the crash never happened. This is why the first episode is called LAX. Its also why we are gonna see characters like Charlie, Boone and Shannon again. and is why we see Juliet again in a replay of what happened. However, the Losties still have their memories of the island, despite no longer having crashed. So when they arrive in L.A. they realize that if they hadnt crashed, Kate would be put in jail, Claire would be giving Aaron up for adoption, Locke would still be in the wheelchair, Jin and Sun would never be able to have a baby and Sawyer would never have met Juliet...etc. So they have to find a way back. Since she helped them get back ! the first time, its likely that Eloise Hawking will help them get back again. I think this will kinda be like Desmonds episode "Flashes before your eyes" was, its gonna be alike an alternate timeline, but they still have their memories of the other one. But they are more than likely going to have to bust Kate out of Jail if they are to go back.
Back on the island in 2008, Ben just killed Jacob so the UnLocke, who btw, I think is the smoke monster and took the form of Alex to convince Ben to stop plotting against him and to work with him to take control of the island. I think the smoke monster is the one in possession of claire too, and is why the last time we saw her was in the cabin, and why we didnt see her in season 5. Since she is a season regular again, she is coming back somehow. I think that since Richard and Sun and them know now that UnLocke is now who he says he is, they try to work against him in his plot to take control. I think that even though Jacob is dead, he is not gone from the island. I also think we will learn more about the history of the island, like the blackrock, which is how I think Richard got there, and more about Jacob and the Man in Black.
Once the losties in L.A. find a way to get back, which i think is how Widmore is gonna find a way back too, they join in the fight against UnLocke and Widmore. I think thats when Jin and Sun are going to be reunited and Kate is going to find Claire. Since the death of Juliet, Sawyer is pretty much a mess, and its going to be up to Kate to bring him back outta that. I dont think SAwyer will survive the series, which is why I think the only thing he has left to live for is Kate, so when her life is threatened, he goes and ahead and saves her, and dies in the process. Most likely it will be someone like Widmore to do it. I also think that Sayid blames Ben for manipulating him and is still on a hunt to kill him and eventually does, which leads UnLocke to kill Sayid, whose I dont think will survive the series either. Miles probably dies too because he is stupid. I think that desmond and penny show up at some point too to help against Widmore, but I think Its Jack in the en! d who kills widmore and UnLocke, and turns out to be the one with the destiny or whatever. So i think that once its all said and done, the island is moved agagin to prevent anyone else from finding it. I think Desmond and Penny stay there on the island with Richard and the others and go back in time when the island moves. This causes Desmond and Penny to be the skeletons in the caves.
Most likely Jack, Kate, Hurley, Claire, Jin and Sun survive and escape the island. I think Jack and Kate end up together, Claire is reunited with Aaron, Jin and Sun are reunited with JiYeon, and Hurley just gets to be Hurley forever.
Just my guess. But knowing Lost...It could be wayyy off.
