Also, as the bombs energy was consumed by the electromagnetic energy inside Radzinsky's magical pocket, we now have electromagnetic radiation under the island. This electromagnetic radiation has a lot of known health effects, one being miscarriages. This of course helps explain the pregnant women dying situation that as we saw was not happening in pre-bomb Dharma times.

With all of this evidence we can assume that the bomb always happened and no crazy-ass reset or alternative timelines will occur (in my opinion, effectively ruining the previous seasons). Jack was wrong again, as he has been so many other times and heck, if this theory is correct it was his fault (along with our Scottish friend Desmond) that Oceanic 815 crashed on 'the place where miracles happen' in the first place.
But the question arises as to what happens with Jack, Kate, Sawyer, Miles, Hurley, Jin and Sayid. Will they flash to 2007 and complete their destinies as Jacob's secret army in the eternal 'Highlander' style battle against the man in black? Or will they remain in the past living in secrecy in the temple? Sayid is probably going to be one of the first deaths in season six, unable to recover from his gunshot wound. Whatever happens, it will tie up nicely with the 2007'ers storyline.
