Here is my theory regarding Oceanic 815 in season 6 along with some of the survivors.
Oceanic 815 will land...sort of. But not in the way many people thought that it would, most notably Jack. Jack's attempt to do a time reset back to 815 taking off won't work.
So far Lost has had flashbacks and some flashforwards, along with following two story lines from different times. But I believe that 815 will land, but in a sort of parallel time-line somewhat similar to the Constant. Doing so could confirm a lot of the rumours of former survivors that have been killed off returning, alive and well, but only in this reality. The bomb going off in the finale is the 'incident,' always has been, but we just didn't know it because of the way the story was being told.
Therefore, every character that has been focused on on the island will be landing in LAX. It won't be 100% like the Constant, where Desmond was remembering pieces from each experience, but the story telling will be similar. There will be two of everyone now basically, on island and off but they won't be aware of the parallel time. I think somewhere along the line, as Matthew Fox has stated, that sometime during season 6 there will be a solid unified time-line for everyone. Therefore, some event other than the 'incident' will occur that basically wipes out the 'would be' parallel universe that is flight 815 landing safe and sound and none of them ever meeting.
