I also believe that we are about to see fist 3 seasons or at least a season 1 from a different angle.
I also believe that some things we saw during first 3 seasons were a mix of two realities. Editing nothing more..
This show is under great influence of some people such are Richard Alpert (Ram Dass), Aldous Huxley, Blake, Castaneda...
They all talk about time, separate realities and drugs...doors of perception. So what if some of the main characters such as Hurley are able to see these realities but cannot wrap their mind around it so they thing they are crazy or that the island is talking to them. If you are on LSD or any other drug your mind is opening the doors you never thought you could open. What if this show is dealing with that. What if these realities are coexisting on the island and people, certain people who have been chosen are able to see these realities and maybe combine them or take the best out of both or something else. But these people such as Hurley, they think they are crazy yet they are not. Charlie is dead. Yes. In one reality but in another he is very much alive and this is the Charlie Hurley sees and talks to. "I am dead but I am also here". The man from a Santa Rosa also saw Charlie. What does it mean? He also can see dead people or maybe he can see into another reality. Leonard w! as not crazy because he really did hear the numbers. We know the numbers were there but who would believe poor Leonard?
Hurley thinks he is crazy, cursed and so on. He spent half of this show in mental institution. He can speak to dead people and he can see Jacobs cabin and he thinks he is the craziest one and that is the reason he is able to see all these things. But who can determine what is crazy. Am I crazy because I cant or can see something.
If you look at something with your eyes and then a wee bit later you picture it in your head what then? You visualize the same thing. So who is it that see, your eyes or your brain?
If I see something thats standing right in front of me and you are standing next to me and you cannot see it....who is right and who is wrong? Who is crazy and who is not? I cannot give an answer to that question. None can. It depends on how strong your faith is and how opened you mind is.
It is „common sense“ to think you are crazy if you can talk to a person that has been dead for some time now. But what if your mind is more open then other minds around you? What if you found the doors of perception and they are wide open in front of you? Wouldnt you be curious and look whats behind these doors?
Some things from first 3 seasons were weird...and all of them got to do with people who were in the 70s.
Jack woke up in the middle of the jungle with no recollection of the crash. He took flying lessons but it wasnt for him. So who was it for? :) Kate made a comment about him not being afraid at all. Maybe because he already been through all of this.
After monster killed the pilot Charlie got trapped and Jack came back to help him. Kate ran away and hid in the jungle screaming:Jack! But when Charlie found her he said: "I heard you shout Jack. My name is Charlie by the way." Whats up with that????
Kate was always volunteering for a hike and then Jack made a comment: As if you know what is inside these woods. What if she knew?
Sayid said to Danielle that Nadia is dead and she is dead now.
Sawyer just lost Juliet and is bitter again and angry at all of them for showing up and ruining the life they had for 3 years. He also said see you at the beach where we all started.
Hurley is carrying Charlies guitar with him around the island...Charlie had the guitar in the plane but he told Locke that the guitar is 100% smashed yet Locke found the guitar intact. Sayid was angry for keeping it a secret, things he does, from the other survivors...This all can be interpret in both ways. It is the editing. All in the editing.
It is not too strange but now I cannot help but believe that some parts of this show are another reality. I think that after Juliet hit the bomb they were sent back to the day of crash. Look at season 5 for example...we, the viewers knew who these people are but DI members had no idea. For them it was their present but we know that these people were always there, we know that Sawyer saved Amy and thus Than was born, the same Ethan who recruited Juliet, who delivered him, we knew that little Ben will survive and with sayids actions his trust issues will begin etc. But if we were shown 5th season as 1st season starting with episode La Fleur and Jim La Fleur as a head of security would we know that this man is man from the future who crashed on the island and his name is James Ford. No. We wouldnt. We would be surprised if we saw the same man as James Ford crashing on the island 30 years later. It is all relative. What if they are all back on the day of the crash with their rec! ollection of the past events? And this time we are well aware of it. (during season 1 there were little hints of things to come)
I mean Richard knew who Sawyer was all along...from 70s till the day he handed the file on Sawyer to Locke. For God sake it was Sawyer who brought Ben to Richard along with Kate who later with Sayid (who shot Ben in the 70s) helped Richard to save Ben from the Kahana crew. Richard knew who Kate was because he met her in 77. He knew who Locke was because he met him in 54. He knew Jack because he helped Jack with Jughead. Richard also knew Juliet because she was Sawyers girl and by the way they behaved with one another in the episode WH,H I believe they met on more than one occasion. But each and every time Richard acted as if he never met them before. Later on we found out the real truth. So what I am trying to say is that this time MAYBE we will see these people after the crash finding each other...and making a deal about being quite with a full knowledge of things to come.
I dont believe in "landing in LA" theories but I do believe in season 1 repeating theory...in a higher speed...
Maybe thats why we saw some things changing like Bens wound and photo frame changing....
