There's been a lot of talk about a "return to season one". I've been reading a number of theories about the main character's re-experiencing the events of the crash but with their memories of season 1-5 intact.
This has made me wonder about some season one characters returning to the show - but this would be quite difficult from a logistics/continuity perspective - and all of the actors have aged in real life (Walt in particular). This sounds crazy - but I wouldn't put it past the Lost team. What if they secretly shot additional scenes/angles during season one with the anticipation that they would use the footage later on in the series. This could have been achieved without the crew/actors necessarily knowing. After all, I'm sure they usually shoot a bunch of extra angles/scenes that don't make it into the final episode. It wouldn't even require new dialog per say - but seeing a scene from another angle could be revealing. And from what I can tell, the actors are always kept somewhat in the dark about the direction of the show (and particularly when shooting season one - they hadn't even seen the show yet - so i'm sure they were often confused). Could Damon/Carlton could hav! e pulled some secret ninja covert filming mastery?
