X, hence here as the smoke monster, hates Jacob. X, as seen in the current and previous season, can take any form. If X is evil, then we can assume it automatically qualifies Jacob as good. Which in result we can conclude that Jacob can also take forms. Hence, good and evil; ying yang.
Now, X, the smoke monster, the character next to Jacob during the Season Finale, whatever we will name him for now... X has found the "loop hole" by bringing John Locke's body back to the island in hopes of reigning over Jacob's tasks (EVIL). Foreseeing everything, Jacob has also a back-up plan of his own. The fact that he did not fight back after being stabbed by Ben strongly forges this theory: Jacob will also bring a little artifact of his own, in the same Ajira flight. Jacob will take over Charlie's body/soul/spirit through a guitar case that was given to his best friend, Hurley, to finally bring back to the island. (GOOD)
As for Juliet, what a shock. But I'm just laughing because I know she will wake up naked in the middle of the jungle on the island. Remember Desmond turning the key? The whole plot around Desmond/Penny love concept is back with Juliet doing "the right thing" by hitting the hydrogenate bomb. Desmond/Penny, Juliet/Sawyer. Both very similar couples, as well.
As for the scene with Bernard and Rose. Remember Romeo and Juliet? The two skeletons we found back in the cave holding hands during the first season? That's them. And the little bag with two rocks, the white rock and the black rock, well... I don't know
