I believe that when Juliet set off the bomb, that she will die, Jack, Sawyer, Kate, Hurley, and Sayid will go to 2007 immediately after Jacob's death, and Miles will stay behind with his dad, Pierre Chang, to help him build the Swan and make Dharma videos. I believe it is significant that Jacob touched all of the Losties except Juliet and Miles.
Miles and Dad will make videos together with the intention of them guiding future island inhabitants in attempt to change the future. They keep Dharma going and work to change the Valenzetti equation from their "present".
I can't decide if we are going to see a Good Locke (Jacob) vs. Bad Locke (guy from Deadwood) or a Jack (Jacob) vs. Bad Locke (Deadwood guy) - by the way, nice use of Deadwood (the 2nd best show of all time) actors in the show - Juliette's sister, Trixie was the Other that Sun shot, etc. But I digress.
What I do know is that Good will win because this is America and TV is an escape from reality. Because in real-life Bad always wins because Good is dumb (I just wanted to use a Spaceballs line).
