When Illiana goes to the cabin and finds it empty she says "he hasn't been her in a long time". Most people assume she talking about Jacob but could it be that she talking about Jacob's nemesis. I think she wanted to confirm that Jacobs enemy had escaped. Perhaps he was trapped in the cabin but when Ben took Locke to see "Jacob" didn't Locke break the ash circle?
Also when Ben say's he taking Locke to see Jacob why didn't Richard state that Ben couldn't find Jacob on his own. How did Ben find the cabin? Had he been corrupted by Jacob's enemy already?
When Locke falls and breaks his back. Jacob say "Don't worry everything is going to be alright. I'm sorry this happened to you". I'm beginning to think he not talking about Locke's accident but rather Locke's death and corruption. His words seem to hint that for Locke everything will be alright in the end. So maybe dead is dead does not apply to Locke.
Most people seem to think that Jacob's nemesis and The Monster are one and the same. I beginning to think differently and the reason why I say so is because we saw Ben summon The Monster when he was held under siege by Keemy. This leads me to speculate would a "god" be at the beck and call of a mere human? I think The Monster is a separate entity. If The Monster and false Lock are the one and the same it leads me to ask. Did Locke see Jacob's true form in Walkabout Episode 4 Season 1? He said he saw some beautiful.
I believe that when Jacob touched certain people he was passing his essence onto them thus becoming greater than his present self. Similar to Obi-Wan in Star War's or Spock in The Wrath of Khan. This all part of Jacob's end game to end this struggle.
With Locke's body revealed at the end who of those left on the beach would follow false Locke, apart from Ben? Surely they would oppose false Locke or run for their lives?
Finally I don't think the bomb went off I believe the white light was another time flash. I'm in the camp of WHH. Jack, Kate and the rest belong in 2007. If the bomb went off the fallout, radiation and other consequences would have been apparent on the Island in 2004 when the 815's arrived. So no in my humble opinion the bomb didn't go off. The Incident was the drill hitting the energy pocket and the rest of history played out as we have been told.
When Jacob said "there coming" those who he touched are returning to correct time to wage war on Jacob's enemy, that's why they had to return to the Island. I still believe Walt and perhaps Claire's child have a part to play in the grand of things.
