Ok, I have no proof but the look-alike of the characters and the fact that Ben doesn´t want him near his "daughter" (I know, he said he didn´t want her to get pregnant because of the island´s pregnancy problems but I think there´s also because of this).
I think Karl (the boy in room 23 back in season 3) is Charles Widmore Son, maybe he was conceived just when Charles was about to leave, I don´t know, but they look a lot alike, and I don´t se much relevance in having him as a character.
