I wonder if Aaron is Jacob....
Here's why I'm thinking this:
Remember how Claire was taken in the middle of the night and we didn't see her again until she was in Jacob's cabin with Christian (her dad and Aaron's grandfather). She didn't appear to be under duress or anything she was fine with where she was, perhaps because she was already with Aaron (aka Jacob)
Then remember earlier in I forget what season when Charlie had that vision on the beach of Claire dressed up like the virgin Mary holding baby Aaron (made to believe he is christ our leader and savior - the whole biblical thing ) which is what Jacob is supposed to be (leader/savior).
Aaron needed to be taken from Claire so he could be raised off the island. I'm really vague with my understanding of the bible but from what I recall aren't there stories of Jesus when he was a child then there isn't much about him until he is in his 30's, then he gathers his faithful followers (John, Richard, Benjamin, Jack and possibly James *Sawyer*)
Also, I wondered why Kate went from "Hey Jack, go pound sand you and your posse of demontos can have your one way ticket back to crazyville cause I'm outy" to reluctantly going and not wanting to talk about Aaron. Because she knew Jack was right. Here's what I think, Claire visited Kate again & took Aaron back to the island with her. Remember when the others took Claire when she was pregnant and did "experiments". I believe they were injecting Aaron with the vaccination to time travel knowing he would be traveling sooner in his life rather than later. ALSO, remember Desmond when he was in the hatch was injecting himself, what every 3 days, against the "virus". Well we know it wasn't a "virus" he was being vaccinated for but I'm thinking he was also getting the vaccination to time travel which we know he's been doing even if it's unbeknown to him yet.
What do you think, am I on to anything? anything I missed or overlooked? Theory by Lynn
