I believe that the skeletons found in the cave in season one whom Locke named "Adam and Eve" will turn out to be Rose and Bernard.
We havent seen Rose and Bernard since the flaming arrow attack right at the start of this season and i dont believe we will see them again, well until they are found dead in the cave with which will bring with it a story of how they died.
After the flaming arrow attack i think that they decided to go to the caves to hide out hoping that they would be kept safe by a place with which they are very familiar with since they got to the island, during the violent time flashes they both began to get nosebleeds (like sawyers crew) one of the two (Rose say) then end up like Charlotte did, their consciousness zaping between places, Bernard understands that Rose is presumably in her final moments and lays her to rest before lying to rest himself as his nosebleeds worsen, before he dies he places the black and white gemstones in his pocket as a symbol of their closeness and love, the two then die
This is backed up by jack revealing "that there wasnt any major trauma to the bones" and that it takes "40 or 50 years for clothing to degrade like this" which would place the times of death back at around 1950, and with all the time flashes that were occuring, 1954 was one of the timelines they ended up in
It will be a heartbreaking story Theory by Sawyer4President
