Okay you might have to bear with me on this one but ...
What if we are seeing a story being told in what we are lead to believe is the correct time line from the past to present then to the future and now what is quite obvious is that the losties appear to the audience to go back in time to the Dharma days.
What if the Losties didn't go back in time but they went FORWARD in time to the Dharma days and then the story is working itself backwards to the current timeline - what we think is the past, is actually the future.
Imagine that time is a big long tapestry that is being created and is 'read-only' from the moment is was created onwards but now someone has discovered a way, in our future, to somehow 'hack' the timeline and re-edit parts of it so that a different outcome is made. This could well have been Charles. What if in the future we as humans became great inventors who created a time editing device but they ended up causing indefinate doom to the world because they fuddled with some complex invention and now they have worked backwards, using Locke who could have been the future key, to our timeline to re-correct all the errors they made in the future.
What if future Locke was implanted inside pregnant woman so they would give birth to him again because in the future he died but that didn't matter because they knew they could re-grow Locke, the saviour as prophesised because they knew that in the future the great Locke would save them.
Time goes out in ripples so the actions of one causes an influence of many different outcomes, not parallel worlds, one world but say for example, if I threw an apple at a man, he could hit me, then go and be caught by the police and then all sorts of consequences would happen after that.
Everything happens for a reason, because every action has a consequence - who caused the original consequence to trigger a sequence of events or RULES [which were then changed by Widmore] that were on course to fix the doom bringing mistake because Ben knew the future as he had travelled back from there and Alex was the tool he created to fix the mistake, however when she was killed - which was the plan, the secondary protocol, it allowed the future CONSEQUENTIAL ripple to begin but with a different outcome this time.
I wouldnt be surprised if series 6 started with the final opposing outcomes that could have happened and then the final things occurring to remedy these. What if the final remedy to the ripples of the consequences was something very minor which changes and then everything dissappears for good, ceases to exist so that 'POP' the world is normal again.
Throw out the rules of time as we know it, new ones are being invented here
MATHS TO HELP EXPLAIN THEORY:
FUTURE = PAST ACTIONS + DECISIONS AND CONSEQUENTIAL OUTCOMES,
PAST = ORIGINAL ACTIONS AND ORIGINAL DECISIONS, CHAOS AND MISTAKES
PRESENT = CURRENT ACTION AND PREDETERMINED DECISIONS [OR NOT]
DELETE PAST ACTIONS, REMOVE FUTURE CONSEQUENCES
KNOWING FUTURE CONSEQUENCES, CHANGE PAST ACTIONS TO RE-ALIGN FUTURE CONSEQUENCE.
One thing I can't fathom is how is someone ahead of the game? Well, this may come back to Widmore finding the journal, finding something that Ben never knew about the past of the island, then going back and changing that very thing because while Ben was busy changing the past, Widmore was busy hunting the present searching for his CHECKMATE to Ben's King, which he thought was in a winning position.
Why can't they just kill eachother? I think they MUST be related because if something they did to eachother changed they would both then know the end of the world would occurr.
Ben knows everything that happens because he has seen the future. So does Charles but that doesn't mean new things can be found out about the past!!
WE ARE NEARLY THERE GUYS, NEARLY AT THE OUTCOME OF THIS STORY.
Just help me elaborate on this. I am drunk, and now, I am going to bed and look forwards to your comments.
Namaste.
