Burisch claims that an offshoot of stargate technology is Project Looking Glass, a window into different time lines. He claims that Looking Glass technology was reverse engineered from artificial stargates. Therefore, the USS Eldridge, the subject of the experiment, was rendered "invisible", because it had no "reflection".
My own theory is that time, like any other projected field, requires "reflection" in order for an object or person to be manipulated and subjected to its influence. Without a time "reflection" you have Zerotime, a non-time state.

In quantum physics it is theorized that particles like electrons enter this extra-light speed when the electron is excited to higher state and disappears from known reality into the quantum reality.
