The Oceanic 815 lands in LAX. It happens in 2004, and it happens because the Bomb detonation made the island sink in 1977. The detonation change the past, in a way we don't know yet... Just guessing, maybe Widmore dies along with the Dharma people, letting desmond not to make the race around the world and fly in the same airplane with Jack and the others, and not do the training at the Arena before the flight.
The detonation interacts with the pocket, and sends Jack, Sawyer, Juliet, Kate, Hurley, Jin, Sayid and Miles to 2007.
They think the bomb didn't work, but Juliet, through Miles, says it did work.
So, what if what we call Alternative Reality isn't the alternative reality, but just the past, and the losties came to the island sometime between 2004 and 2007 in another way?
