I think Adam & Eve is WHH because they were "Retired" and did not want to be part of this foolishness, and they die trying to get away from the "Foolish Bomb Stuff."
I think the swan will still be built to do exactly what it has done for the whole show.
I also believe the purge will still happen as we know it.
I believe all major things will still happen, because of course correction . But I also believe some of the lives lost will in fact be saved, because I believe that it will be a slightly different time-line with *some* changes, not super major ones.
I think that is where I'm misunderstood I'm for ALT but with a base-coat of WHH or maybe I'm for WHH with a sprinkling of ALT. I like to call it MALT. I look at it as a billion different time-lines, all similar, with respect to people, places, and things, just some things are askew on these alternate lines, and on some lines people are dead, on others they are alive, because of slight differences. These lines are all going on at the same time sorta like if you were able to see it, it would look like a giant onion with different layers. I think that Jug head will absorb the electromagnetism, and someone will have to turn the wheel (Ellie) to help make sure that things happen as they did in the last Iteration, off Island that is, (with help from Faraday's old journal). I believe the turning of the wheel will send them (Jack and friends minus Miles[not touched by Jacob] and Juliet[dead])all to the Island on that fateful day(Sep. 22 2004) and I think that they will have their fu! ll memory of their "past-future-past" for lack of a better term.
They will have all knowledge of what they did so that during their second trip through season 1-4 they can make better choices and basically stop season 5 from happening again. ( this of course is the reason for the touches from Jacob, and I believe that his touches basically meld their past selves[1977] with their future-selves[2004] kinda like Desmond in "The Constant"). This will in effect save a lot of lives and get Daniel out of his loop and get John, Sawyer, Jin, Miles, Juliet, and Charlotte, out of the 1977-2004-1974 loop because through slight different, (hindsight), changes Jack will not try to leave the Island (thus making the moving of the Island unnecessary). The Freighter will still do it's thing, but they, (the Losties), will just be ready this time for Keamy and crew. In fact this time around Jack and Locke will be on the same side. this is in effect Jacob's Counter loophole, by him setting this up he will prevent the future we saw in season 5, thus preventing! MIB's loophole.
