Here is my theory for the opening scene of Season 6. Jack takes his seat on Oceanic Flight 815. There are shots of other castaways taking their seats on the plane like normal. They all sit there unaware of each other. They all make small talk throughout the flight. They land at LAX. It looks like Jack's reset plan worked. All of a sudden, Jack wakes up in the jungle only to realize it was a dream.
The bomb never went off, otherwise he wouldn't be alive, right? Wrong! The bomb did go off and triggered the electromagnetic energy under the Swan. The energy coupled with the explosion has caused one final time jump.
Jack gets up to explore the jungle for the hundredth time. He stumbles upon a severely injured Juliet lying in the same spot in the Swan that she was lying in when she triggered the bomb.
He rushes to her and looks around, realizing for the first time that he is inside the imploded Swan station
Jack helps Juliet out of the hole in the ground and they go to investigate their surroundings.
Back at the Dharma van, Kate and Sawyer have met back up with Jin, Hurley and Miles. Miles is in shock and keeps asking where his father is. Finally Jack practically carries Juliet out of the jungle to the clearing where Hurley has parked the Dharma van.
They all walk through the jungle and come across Jacob's campsite where The Others/Bram & Ilana/Locke's body are.
Jack looks down and sees Locke's lifeless body
