This island was controlled by both charecters,This war is bigger than any of them. This is an ultimate war of humankind.
The set up of season 6, is a war. In this war there are two sides. Both Jacob and Guy2 have been planning this for a very long time. Each setting up circumstances and obstacles by manipulating situations with fate/or free will that lead to the 815 survivors (and all the others island inhabitants) crashing onto the island, and the events up to the final battle. Both Jacob and Guy2 were present at different times in each charecters life, each using their own beliefs to assist or manipulate the survivors to become the person that they are today. aka- jacob visiting charecters. We will find out that Guy2 has been visiting people as well. On one side of the nurture vs.nature argument, we are shaped by what happens in our lives. Events in our lives cause us to have issues with trust, jealousy, etc.. through situations in life, one will learn to be a strong leader, or a self defeated follower. Events in life can cause people to have biases, daddy issues, insecurities, etc.. thes! e circumstances can strengthen and weaken individuals. Both Jacob and Guy2 used this to each of their own advantages, and the end result are the people that ended up on this island, it took a lot of work Each person was tested throughout life and once on the island they end become pawns that they needed for the final battle. Guy 2 thought he was once step ahead with his loophole. Every event in Ben's life led him to him become the man who had so much anger and guilt and feelings of inadequacy that he murdered his god. Finally guy2 had achieved the loophole..(through so many factors, such as time changes, suicidal intent, murder) to killl eachother, or tell someone else to do it, it must be free will. So thats how it was. Un beknownst to Guy2, jacob had a plan of his own. He is blindsiding Guy2. Jacob has been setting up for while the issues with the love triangle, Kate is a woman who cant commit, Jack is in love with her, sawyer is in love her, both Jack and sawyer ha! ve a serious animosity towards eachother... It even got to the! point w here they beat the shit out of eachother in the last episode. They do not like eachother. Sawyer is a man focused on revenge. Revenge upon the man who killed his parents, the boar, the frog, He threatened (whats his name.. fake beard guy) that he would get even.. and he did. when his belongings were taken, he stole the guns. Now the woman that he loved was dead.. because of the stupid idea by the guy that he already hates. Sawyer kills Jack.
Jack lived his life was a doctor,healed people, was a good person. Once got to the island he became a leader.. someone that people will listen to already, already trust. He.. like Locke.. was someone people listened to, and followed. Jacob has been working on this for a long time. And Guy2 did not see it coming.. and now it is war. Between (locke)guy2 and (jack) jacob. Like a chess board, they set up the players.. for the ultimate game.
