Well after the finale, I now believe it will be Locke vs. Locke in the end. The man we saw with Jacob at the beginning of the finale (forgot name!) I believe is evil. Jacob is good. There are two smokeys. One controled by evil man and one by Jacob.
Now that he has found his "loop-hole" as stated, he was able to finally kill Jacob. I think when Jacob said, "What about you?" to Ben, I think he wanted Ben to kill him. He wanted to die as he knew that he can finish his "work" (whatever that is) as John Locke because his servant Ilana has brought him the body to inhabit. I think this is why Jacob said, "Help me" to Locke. I also think this will allow Locke to fullfill his destiny as the savior of the island like we all want.
