My theory is about what i think is going to happen to the island during the incident to kate, jack and hugo. As it seems, there is no way that they could all die right? well i think they are going to all die and when they do they will be transported through time back to the original timeline, where they belong.
Obviously the reason why children cant be born any longer on the island is because of jughead. i think that they dont detonate jughead, rather they are going to find someway to take it apart and move one piece or maybe just a few of the pieces to the swan. the radiation from the bomb, building up below the barracks, would make it so pregnancy would not be possible.
Kate, sawyer and juliet and going to disagree with the plan that jack has for the bomb, and they are going to try and stop him. kate doesnt want it to happen because when she was on the plane she was on her way to jail, and sawyer is going to try and stop him because he would have never met juliet if the plane never crashed, and he also wants to help kate because he still cares about her.
Jack,kate sayid and the others are going to have to move pieces of the bomb and i think when they do they arent going to bring it above ground, rather they are going to move them through the tunnels. we havent been shown how large the tunnel system is, but im going to assume it goes underneath the entire island. the tunnels are most likely how one would access the frozen donkey wheel. the tunnels also most likely would link to the temple as well as hydra island.
Richard said i remember them because i watched them all die. he most likely witnessed them all die in different situations. its possible maybe jack accidentally shoots kate and kills her, then sawyer flips and they then have a gunfight or a brawl and jack gets shot. then hugo would be left, sayid would know what to do with the components of jughead, as he was with jack when richard took him to it. somehow, hugo and sayid will meet up and sayid somehow will be killed before he can get the bomb to the swan. then, hugo will carry out the mission by detonating it on the swan. the numbers would drive him to stop it from existing.
During the explosion, there will be a flash. the detonating energy of the jughead along with the pocket of energy, in which is more powerful than the orchid's energy, will create a massive time jump, and at the same time, the radiation and em field will combine to create what we know as the smoke monster. jack,kate,sayid,hugo,sawyer and juliet will then be sent to the future along with certain members of the dharma initiative. i believe dr chang will find a way to travel through time. its possible, because of his knowledge of time travel. we know jughead doesnt kill him because of the swan copyright date of the video.
In the end, what i think will happen is everyone is going to flash, even the 2007 crew. there will be a flash there because the case on the beach... they are going to use whatever is in there to tap into the swan energy and cause another time jump. i believe the end of this season will conclude with us watching all of our favorite characters die.. only to witness everyone meeting up again, back where they started.
