Death = Smokey or The Black shirt guy
Life = Jacob
And its all a game, just like in the pilot with the backgammon.
Jacob has life to play with and smokey has death. That's why Locke had to die, so that he can take his form.
Both Jacob and Smokey have players on there side, light or black pieces.
Jacobs are losties and smokeys are others. Unfortunately the others dont know that because smokey was pretending to be Jacob for some time now(remember the cabin scene in The Incident). Even ageless Ricardo dont know it (He is ageless so smokey cant take him, and to know the answer to the question "What lies under the shadow of the statue" a very very long time).
Ben is a crucial black player because all his life he was manipulated to get to the point where he kills John and eventually Jacob, not the mention the pain he broth to the Losties all together. Jacob careless remark "What about you" is because of that, he is not Ben because he never really made any choices on his own.
All the players are living beings and they all have a choice, as Ben did to kill or not to kill Jacob. But all that shit that happened to him made him do it. Even the "rules" where smokeys/pretending to be Jacob idea of eventually getting Alex to be killed.
The whole time travel thing is all Smokeys gameplay because he needed to get the Losties away from the Island at least that time if not the place. Nothing is changed, and the Losties with the blowing up the nuke they just got back at there right time. "They are coming!".
All the people that are or where on the show was there for a specific reason so that they manipulate losties to do things. Ex. Boone was there so he can help Locke find the hatch, soon as that happened they find a plane full of heroine and he dies. He is not needed anymore :(. Charlie was there to ultimately get Keamy on the Island to kill Alex, but there is all so to move the island and get the Losties away from it. Michael was there all along to get his special son (he has powers that Smokey dont like) of the Island and killing Ana Lucia, and the whole team on the boat. But hay all is not black all the time, it did bring Faraday and Miles that helped bring the Losties back in to the wright timeline as Im thinking its going to be next season. This is Jacobs work.
They are both playing all the time but they cant directly do anything, both have some kind of power. Jacob has the touch of life(the nuke explosion would kill em if he didn't touch them) , Smokey has the possession of the dead. People/players, black and white pieces are the one that wins the game.
But smokey did directly kill a whole bunch of people influencing things so maybe Im wrong about smokey being the Black shirt guy.
Maybe he is really a judge in this game, judging who can play and who cant. And who won at the end game!? :D
We didn't see Miles and Juliet got touched.
With Juliet I don't have any clue if she is dead or not, but with Miles I have a conclusion to the baby thingy.
Jacob can give powers to the baby born on the island, its simple. New life!. And what is Jacob specialty?. LIFE!

And that is why I think the Incident was BS ( Black shirt not Bullshit :D ) doing in most part because he somehow trapped Jacob, until Desmond did it again and thus freeing Jacob.
The babies and mothers stared dying "ever since the Incident".
I don't know how to fit Claire in to this :(. But I bet it was something Jacob did ;). And I think Arron is special too, maybe a future fighter for the Light, and Walt is the Dark.
So that means that all of the 5 seasons we saw was the BS time, and thats why the LOST letters on the opening scene where white surrounded with black. And at the end of the The Incident suddenly the letters where black and the surrounding was white. Its Jacob time!!! :D
Locke was always changing sides to the viewers because he is/was a key piece in the game that both Jacob and BS fought for. He is now obviously on the Dark side, he is actually the Dark. Well actually they both are fighting for every lostie all the time.
I remember in the finale episode where we were shown who was in the coffin, the producers had a backup shooting with Sawyer in it?!?!
It would be pretty cool to see how would that play out, Locke would probably be in 1977 and he would maybe shoot Ben?!? :D And how the hell would Sawyer get Ben to kill Jacob???
Oh and its obvious that both J and BS can see/manipulate time, maybe Jacob can see the future and BS the past. Maybe both
And the future is always changing because of people choices. But they cant go to the past and change it, because they made there choice already. This is kind of stupid :D But its time travel, I just don't get it! :D
Ok that would be it, I probably forgot to wright a lot of stuff that I base my theory on because there is a lot of stuff happening on the show. And sorry if there is a theory like that somewhere, I didn't find it, also sorry if the text is not organized because this is like the most I have written on my own in my whole life :D.
