This is my first post and I admit its kinda dumb and just builds off of other theories but there is some new info
So i was watching a rerun of S1 on SciFi and it was Raised by Another, the episode where Claire had nightmares about the baby getting stolen and her story is unveiled. While watching I remembered that i read on here the ridiculous theory that Aarons father could be Ben. I thought this was retarded, and still kinda do, but whoever posted it was right, the actor, minus the accent, looks and acts a helluva lot like ben. Hes also really flaky, and is not on screen very long, and never focused on in the show, even though his son has some prophetic ties in the show. He leaves Claire, in a quick panic attack and is never addressed again. Now what i think is weird about this is when i reread a summary of last weeks episode, and it stated that Ben talks to Jack about St. Thomas. I dont remember what the convo was about, but Thomas is the name of Aarons father.
What I think happened is Thomas (Ben) manipulates Claire with his persuasive words, then abandons here. If it is Ben what i think he does is pay off, or pull his strings like Ben does, and get the psychic to tell Claire to do the things she does to get on the island. This younger Ben goes back to the island afterwards. This is because Ben talks to Jacob on the island, and Aaron is Jacob. I remember hearing that in a podcast the producers reveal that we might have already seen Jacob on the show and Aaron is a great candidate for it since his character has so much weight behind him, even though he is an infant. This would also be why Claire and Christian are just chillin in Jacobs Cabin in S4. Its a family affairrrrrrrrrrrr. Jacob( future Aaron) tells Ben to ensure his birth and delivery on the island, which Ben can do with the writers beautiful invention of time warping. Jacob (Aaron )is just another time paradigm in the countless ones in the show (THE CIRCLE). Aaron ensures! his birth, by having himself conceived and brought to the Island.
The flaws i have in this is that i have good faith in the lost writers, and it seems too random for them to plan. Especially since Michael Emerson was only suppose to be in a few episodes in the second season, and was liked so much he was made a permanent cast member and this was a decision made in the first season. The writers do however give me a sense that they can take things that happened in the filming of the show, and make them work anyways. I also cannot remember if Claire meets Ben, which i am pretty sure she does in either late season 3, or when ben is held captive in season 4 and this would negate everything i said, and made reading this a waste of your time. Thanks for reading anyone who does, the theories are more fun than the actual show for me.
