ok, this is trying to break free of the current theories being posted, i've tried to look beyond the obvious
points and break free of theories that seem to repeat themselves and hopefully offer some new ideas!!!
i believe the hostiles are the crew from the black rock and the original losties, the ship crashed like oceanic
815, it was meant to happen and a leader was born in magnus just like locke. i think there was an oceanic 6 of
the black rock that escaped the island in someway i believe the following people were possibly the original
black rock crew and why ;
richard alpert - never ages or unstuck in time, appeared to young ben in pirate clothing
bea klugh - slave that was special/had authority in others
magnus hanso - captain of black rock/leader
alvar hanso - never ages or ages slowly
charles widmore - never ages or ages slowly/pirate speak (shape of things to come)
mikhail baulkin - never ages or ages slowly/eye patch
anthony cooper - con man like a pirate/has pirate tendencies/died in the brig, thought it was purgatory
because of the bad things he did on the ship, slavery etc
ms. hawkings - english accent/aware of island/time travel etc
brother campbell - knows ms. hawkings, aware of destiny/fate desmond being special, prepared him for the
sacrifice of charlie "it wouldn't be much of a test would it brother?" (flashes before
your eyes)
tom - had authority in others appeared pirate-like/leader of others
i believe the BlackRock06 to be;
Alvar hanso - did not get back founded the hanso foundation with charles widmore to over run the island
Charles Widmore - founded widmore industries and funded dharma to help alvar over run the island
Mikhail Baulkin - became a soldier before finding his way back to fight widmore/alvar/dharma
Anthony cooper - carried on like a pirate stealing from people and conning them, had no interest in island
just wanted riches and luxuries, as sawyer states "things don't have value here freckles"
Ms. hawkings - became unstuck in time like desmond trying to protect the island
brother campbell - found a higher calling but still works for hawkings in making sure the universe unfolds
the way it should do.
magnus hanso is jacob, he was the captain of the black rock and was one of the only special people able to
withstand major amounts of electroagnetism/radiation from the island, and like desmond became unstuck in time.
desmond is the only main character that hasn't got any background information about his parents, maybe he has
the genetics that can withstand electromagnetism or can time travel.
i believe ben works for jacob, but magnus was a terrible person before becoming unstuck in time, selling slaves
etc. and widore and alvar turned their back on magnus and combined forces via the Hanso foundation and the
Dharma initiative, to make a "better tomorrow" and take the island out of jacobs hands/control.
I do believe that widmore put the plane down there solely to protect the island.
I believe the incident could well be the consequences of what happened when dharma trapped jacob i.e
the smoke monster. i believe the smoke monster to be jacob as it tried to pull locke into a cerebrus
vent via his heel, Lindelof and Cuse both stated on jacob that "names are not assigned without a reason and
yes that is a clue" and jacob directly translates and "he who holds the heal" i have read many theories that
state Jacob means other things but being jewish and fluent in biblical hebrew i can put your mind to rest,
this is what jacob means!.
I also believe there is a 3rd party which is not abbadon but is Thomas Mittlewerk. i believe as much as alvar
is against Magnus's ways he knows he is important to the island and cannot be killed which is why Dharma contained
him as apposed to destroying him. I believe Mittlewerk is the economist who is trying to exploit the island,
and is who ben is against and is getting Sayid to asassinate. I believe Hurleys ability to comunicate with
the dead is actually an ability to comunicate with jacob, afterall he could see the cabin and was summond by
jacob. we have a basic understand that hurley becomes a part of what sayid is doing. could he be helping sayid
destroy mittlewerk?
back to the point in hand i believe that the Oceanic 815 has happened before with the black rock, and i believe
widore was the original person that was chosen by jacob then tossed aside by having to move the island in time.
as a person who was originally on the island he is important and this is why they cannot kill eachother, i think
ben and charles both have the same interest in keeping jacob alive but different ideals about how the island
should be run. both are protecting from mittlewerk but keeping their own agenda. the rules are, they stay out
of each others business and work towards their own goals privately, but widmore lost track of where the island
was i'm guessing when he moved it in time and has become a sort of post island jack - drinking alcohol, and as
jack says himself "i dont even care about anyone on board, i just need to get back", i think widmore has become
impatient and has started to play dirty.
We also know the producers are looking for an old fully rigged ship for season 5 could it be we will see the
original crew of the black rock and find out, who was on it and what their place in the islands overall history
is? i hope so, i believe the battle for the island has begun and all hell will break loose! bring on the war!!!
