So this is the first theory I have submitted, so feedback would be terrific.
Looking back over the past 4 seasons, there have always been rumors and theories about twins. The video of the two bunnies confirmed that somehow there is a way to duplicate something organic. The first thing I thought of when I saw Locke in the coffin, was that it was not him. It is in fact a man named Jeremy Bentham. That would explain why no one would call him Locke, even though they were alone. Hurley, since losing his mind, is the only one who thinks that it is Locke. Who Bentham is and what he told the O6 have convinced them that they have to do something to save the island.
More importantly regarding this theory, at the end when Ben tells Jack, "I mean all of them" he is saying this in regard to Aaron. That would explain why Kate got that phone call, and Claire told her not to bring him back. Jack knows Ben means Aaron, and looks back to the coffin as a kind of sign of acceptance, that Aaron must return to the island with the rest of them, or whatever Bentham said will come true.
