The fact that a dead Dharma member was contacting Locke in his sleep to help him find Jacob's cabin should send warning bells ringing, as there's something not right about this picture. The bleeding nose also suggested that Horace could be time traveling. Then when Locke arrives he finds Christian Shephard, not Jacob there, who claims to speak for Jacob and tells Locke what he needs to do to save the island. Unfortunately, I think our man Locke may end up saving the island at the cost of all the 815 survivors who aren't inside the Orchid when the island is moved.
Using the Orchid, Horace has managed to see the future and knows about The Purge. He has a sinister plan to reverse what happened. And with the help of fellow dead man, Christian Shephard, who may also be using the Orchid while still alive in the past, they have a plan to move the island back to the past to a time when the Dharma Initiative was alive in hopes of trying to stop it from happening. Which would mean that Christian was once a part of Dharma, himself, and somehow managed to escape The Purge.
Locke, Sawyer, Claire and Jin will be inside the Orchid when the island moves and after the move they'll leave the Orchid to discover that the remaining members of flight 815 have vanished and that all the members of the Dharma Initiative are alive and well.
Ben, realizing what was about to happen, teleports off the island, because he knows it means death for him if he stays and runs into himself on the island.
The big question is can Locke, Sawyer, Claire and Jin figure out how to move the island back to where it was to make the survivors of 815 reappear or will they forever be stuck in the past. And what of The Purge? Can it really be stopped and if it can't will they be caught up in it when it eventually happens?
