THE FINAL SCENE (MAYBE) by Jimmyd241011

I have recently submitted a theory called ITS LIKE A CIRCLE (ENHANCED VERSION)...

In that theory I put forth a scenario where ALT Jack will ultimately sacrifice everything in the ATL to save us all in the MTL...

I think it would be cool if MTL Jack died on the plane...He flashes from ATL to MTL in 2004...wakes up...runs thru the jungle and see's the survivors of Oceanic 815...Everything starts all over again. I re watched the Pilot recently and after Jack saves Claire and Hurley from the falling wing, he meanders over to the fuselage in one of our first slow motion, slow music scenes...watch his reaction as he looks inside the fuselage...is it possible that he could see himself dead on the plane and realize that he has to go on as new Jack...its the same scene Boone brings Jack the pens...check it out. It could be possible. Maybe thats why Jack tells Hurley he would be a terrible father...cause he does remember David...and he gave him up for his island purpose so to speak.

I still firmly believe that this is still a very good possibility....but what is the END in 2007?...If that is how it started we still need an ending right?...

Here is my theory...I have read recently that Matthew Fox has recently said the ending is moving and beautiful and sad all in the same...not an exact quote but something to that effect...

What if Jack defeats the MIB and as a result he sets free all the "whisper peeps" that are stuck on the island. What if that is what he HAS TO DO...the one who will save us all.

The final scene...(I know its sort of Return to Jedi-ish), but what if the final scene is all the dead losties thanking Jack for setting them free...to move on to "Heaven"...It would give us closure for all of our favorites...a chance to see tham all one last time...and set us up for the tear jerker reunion as Jack says goodbye to his father...and finally...Locke.

Locke turns to Jack with a "Im glad you finally believed me." or something to that effect...

Just some thoughts...Im sure its wrong and we are all headed for the Mind-Effing of a lifetime. But i thought it was possible and brings closure in 2004 as to how we started...and gives us a happy ending sort of in 2007.
