Who built the cabin..not that it matters at all with 1000000000 questions still unanswered
So, you think Horace built the cabin? I doubt that.
First of all it was a dream...a looping dream...a dream, nothing else. Locke also had a dream about his mother standing on the island pointing at the crashing Nigerian plane ...so what? She was on the island at the exact same time when plane crashed, pointing at it? I saw Locke there but not Emily..
Dreams are not real..They are often a metaphor for something.
Or go back and re watch the Incident..especially the part when Sawyer finds Rose and Bernard.
Take a look at a little GETAWAY Bernard made for HIM and the MISSES...to GET AWAY FROM DI..look closely..
Vincent is living with them, right?
Then wait for the next scene where Illana finds the cabin...it is the same cabin Bernard and Rose used in the 70s. But now it is quite older..30 years have passed. Or perhaps they were living there during the week Monday/Friday) and taking a hike over the weekends (Saturday/Sunday) while Horace and Amy were occupying it...or there are several identical cabins all over the island..
If Horace built this cabin he would notice that these two have been using it. It is the 70s for God sake. Horace time. So there are two options, someone else built the cabin or most likely Bernard built the cabin for him and Rose, far away form DI. Its been 3 years..how hard is to built a cabin?
