I've checked previous theories so I hope I don't repeat what's already been said. So here are some new season 6 theories.
1) The Others are attacked by the new Dharma Army (or DHARMY, as I like it to call them) in 2007.
2) Season 6 episodes will be two-sided as always with the view of one side of the war, and the view from the other side.
3) Both sides have worthwhile goals, they are just different. This leads to huge debates in the forums over which side is fighting for "the good guys."
4) The losties and freighties spilt up according to their personal beliefs about the goals.
5) Kate finds Claire. Claire and Christian get mad at Kate for not giving Aaron to Ms. Littleton sooner.
6) Jack will follow Christian's orders until Christian gets mad at Kate.
7) We will learn that the body of Alvarez from the Swan has been sent through space-time to an off-island location where he can be disposed of without fear of post-mortem interrogation by a medium like Miles (Tunisia)
8) John Locke's body is just the newest vehicle for the spirit of Cerberus ("I was just hoping for an apology.")
9) Sayid will be judged by Cerberus, much like Eko was.
10) Sawyer joins the Others because Richard saw him in the past and they agreed to work together during their bench-talk in 1974.
11) Hurley goes to work for Jacob through visions of the dead. He works with Locke only because he thinks he is just another vision.
12) Ben follows Locke/Cerberus' orders to fight the DHARMY.
13) Desmond tells Hawking he needs to protect his family by killing Ben Linus, she sends him to the island to complete another task that only he can do by using his Consciousness-travel and memories. He sees the consequences of an upcoming event and keeps changing it like he did with Charlie so it can achieve the best result. Widmore gives him information about Bram, Ilana, and the DHARMY so he can hunt Ben down.
14) Sun knows about Bram, Ilana, and the upcoming war. She is waiting for her chance to eliminate Ben and Locke because he didn't tell her that Jin was alive.
15) Jin is on Jacob's list because he has changed his ways.
16) Juliet meets Widmore and Ellie again, she becomes the Others' Doctor and trains Ethan Rom to be a surgeon. She avoids Ben so he won't know who she is.

He turned the Orchid Wheel the other way, ended up in the past, joined the crew of the Black Rock as first mate under an alias, landed on the island, made the Black Rock journal, Richard Alpert read the journal about how to calculate the bearing to go to and from the island, Daniel helped construct the well and the frozen Donkey wheel out of the Black Rock's steering wheel, Magnus Hanso took the journal and left the island on the bearing Daniel figured out using his sexton, the Orchid well was closed by Richard. This is how Richard knew how to leave the island, how the journal left the island, how the wheel was built.
Dharma used the Polar Bear to fix the wheel off its axis due to Daniel and they began the Swan protocol which made moving the island impossible because it discharges the Orchid's energy.
19) Richard Alpert is a dead ancient eqyptian who can suddenly appear and interact with the living at Jacob's command, like Christian, Alex, Yemi, Charlie, etc.
20) Jacob is one of the parapsychology subjects in the DI that they trapped in Horace's cabin by spreading the ashes of the dead around it. He can project visions and dreams, summon Cerberus and have Cerberus reincarnate into a dead body.
21) Cerberus is an alien parasite that is repelled by water and high-frequency sound. His vents under the island are doggy-doors to his under-temple sanctuary. He creates zombie undead characters.
